Four starting tracks
Short practice courses — one skill per week — mapped to Start / Stay / Switch / Check. Same coaching spine; different night language where it helps.
ADHD track
For parents coaching kids through ADHD-style days: getting started, staying with the thing, switching when the plan changes, and checking work without shame. Child is the manager.
StartStaySwitchCheck
Autism track
Same spine; autism kitchen words up front: stuck / inertia, transition load, sensory charge and drain, unclear demands, shutdown-as-start. “Executive functioning” stays the back-label for research and professionals.
Dual ADHD + autism nights
Many families live both. Dual nights name interest/start friction and transition/sensory friction without forcing parents to pick one identity. Soft product: tools and modules that tag both.
Self-advocate track
Teens and adults practicing their own Start / Stay / Switch / Check — work, school, and home — with strengths-first framing and honest EF load. Parent tools remain available; this track speaks to the learner directly.
How a week looks (concept)
- One short lesson or script (watch or read)
- One kitchen-table conversation
- One tiny practice + checkpoint
- Optional printable / worksheet
Parent communication pattern we keep: agree → ask why → one move → fade.
